Velents proudly announces the successful closure of a significant investment round with Women Collective, marking major milestones in reshaping the future of work through advanced AI technology.

This round stands out for its innovative approach to promoting gender equality in the investment landscape. By offering preferential terms for women investors, Women Collective and Velents AI are setting new standards in wealth creation for women while ensuring their significant presence on the cap table of a male-founded business.

Female participation in the MENA region is increasing but remains low compared to global standards, with women holding only 10% of senior roles in private equity and venture capital. In Saudi Arabia and the UAE, women’s representation on boards is just 12% and 13%, respectively. This funding round aims to accelerate the growth of women as investors and board members.
