 Nybl and Basserah, Two leading Saudi tech companies, have merged to boost their growth both locally and worldwide. Nybl, known for its work in artificial intelligence, will keep its name and incorporate Basserah’s team, technology, and expertise. This merger aims to create a powerful combination of data analysis and AI technology.

Nybl's CEO, Noor Alnahhas, expressed enthusiasm for the merger, highlighting the benefits it will bring to the regional economy and nybl's global position. Basserah, previously a part of NOMD Holding, is celebrated for its success in enhancing business operations in sectors like telecoms and energy through data and automation technologies.

Abdulaziz Almalki, Basserah's former CEO and nybl's new Chief Revenue Officer, emphasized the merger's role in providing comprehensive solutions to clients, from data management to AI application.
