The Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) and EDF (Electricité de France) are set to finalize the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) agreement for the Dubai Summit Complex (DSC) in Hatta, which encompasses a cable car system and a luxury hotel, by early 2024, an insider revealed.

A statement noted, "The initial proposal for the EPC contract was rolled out on 15 November 2021, with the first bid deadline being 15 February 2022. However, the deadline for bid submissions has been shifted to 12 October 2023, previously set for 31 July 2023.
