Saudi Arabia's Pinnacle of Luxury: ambitious plan targets year-round high-end hospitality by 2030.

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman unveiled plans for a luxury mountain tourism project in Soudah, dubbed "Soudah Peaks." Positioned 3,015 meters above sea level, this initiative will transform Saudi Arabia's highest peak and extend its reach into parts of Rijal Almaa.

Located in the picturesque Aseer region, southwest of Saudi Arabia, this endeavor is pivotal for the Public Investment Fund (PIF) as they focus on economic diversification through tourism, hospitality, and entertainment industries. That aligns with the broader goals of Aseer's development strategy.

As the Chairman of Soudah Development's Board of Directors, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman emphasized that Soudah Peaks symbolizes a redefined luxury mountain tourism, merging world-class living experiences while upholding the area's environmental, cultural, and historical essence.

The initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, targeting an expansion in the tourism and entertainment sectors, fostering economic growth, luring investments, and generating a projected SAR29 billion towards the Kingdom's aggregate GDP. Furthermore, it's anticipated to create numerous employment avenues.

Highlighting the project's significance, the Crown Prince mentioned, "Soudah Peaks is not just a unique addition to our tourism repertoire, but it also places Saudi Arabia on the global tourism canvas. It's a tribute to our rich legacy and a chance for visitors to immerse in Soudah Peaks' mesmerizing landscapes and genuine local hospitality."
